Answer: We proudly use quality brand name products at Galaxy Auto Centers such as; AC Delco, Motorcraft, Goodyear, Cooper, Dunlop and Valvoline products in our efforts to bring the best products at good prices to todays motoring public. Q: Do you recycle old oil or parts? Answer: Yes! We are an eco-friendly shop; we recycle our used oil, recycle our used tires, use a non-chlorinated brake parts cleaner, and even send all of our old florescent lights out to the recycler for proper disposal. Q: I have an appointment for my vehicle to be serviced. May I drop it off early morning or late evening when it is more convenient for my schedule? Answer: Absolutely! There are late night drop boxes at each of our 3 locations so you can drop your vehicle off when it is convenient for you, whether that be after work or early in the morning. Also, it is our policy to call you before we do any work on your vehicle with an estimate so that you will not be surprised with an unexpected bill when you come to pick your vehicle up. Q: Do you offer rental vehicles at your Service Centers? Answer: Rental vehicles are available through Wheels to Work. The vehicles are professionally maintained to give you reliable transportation while your vehicle is being serviced. When the vehicle will have full gas tanks and must be returned with a full tank as well. The rental rate is only $19.99 per day. *Additional surcharges, local taxes, etc. may apply. Restrictions: 150 miles per day maximum per rental. Additional miles at $.25 per mile. Pick-Up Policy: Need a ride from your place to our place? We'll Pick You Up! Call us for details about our pick-up service. General Info: DRIVERS 21-24 YEARS OF AGE MUST TALK TO THE OFFICE DIRECTLY TO MAKE A RESERVATION FOR INSURANCE REASONS. ALL DRIVERS MUST HAVE A VALID MINNESOTA DRIVERS LICENSE. ALL DRIVERS MUST BE 21 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND HAVE A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR NAME. Q: When are your Service Centers business hours?
