The $250 Promise
If your vehicle is disabled due to a condition covered under warranty, American Car Centers promises to service your vehicle at a location less than 25 miles away, or we’ll pay you $250!
The $250 Promise applies to both the American Car Care Centers Freedom Plan Limited Tire Warranty, and the Coast to Coast Nationwide Service Warranty. The $250 Promise applies only to valid Freedom Plan or Coast to Coast claims in which the covered vehicle becomes disabled or is rendered un-drivable as a result of the condition covered under either warranty. In the event that a covered vehicle becomes disabled, American Car Care Centers, Inc. will refer the warranty-holder to a location (not more than 25 miles from the location where the subject vehicle became disabled), which will honor the applicable ACCC warranty. If ACCC is unable to refer the warranty-holder to a location which is less than 25 miles from the disabled vehicle, the warranty-holder will be awarded a payment by check (allow 4 to 6 weeks for processing) in the amount $250, providing all claims guidelines are followed.

Nationwide Service Warranty
As a consumer, feel confident that the service work performed at any of our nationwide member dealers comes with our "Coast-to-Coast" Nationwide Limited Service Warranty. If you are traveling and there is not an American Car Care Center near you, you will be referred to an affiliate location through our nationwide warranty center.
This warranty covers most services for a minimum of 6 months or 6,000 miles - whichever is to your advantage. The following services have extended warranty coverage:
Steering & Suspension Parts: 12 Months or 12,000 Miles
Brakes Services: 12 Months or 12,000 Miles
Brake Packages: 36 Months or 36,000 Miles
MacPherson Struts & Shocks: 12 Months or 12,000 Miles
Alignments: 6 Months or 6,000 Miles
Wheel Balance: 6 Months or 6,000 Miles
Nationwide Tire Warranty
