Tire and Service Network Providers are affiliated with the Motorist Assurance Program. It's a network of more than 40 of the most recognized names in the automotive maintenance and service industry and their suppliers. Like MAP, "the mission of Tire and Service Network Providers is to help strengthen their relationship with you." The network encourages retailers and supports consumer education so that motorists take greater responsibility for their vehicles. Retailers with Tire and Service Network technicians follow MAP's vehicle service recommendation process, and fully endorse MAP's mission and beliefs, listed here.
MAP Pledge Of Assurance:
- Commitment to offer a written estimate for repairs. All repair recommendations will be explained. Recommended repair work will be based on system failure; improving system performance; or preventive maintenance, according to accepted industry standards.
- A written estimate will be offered, including the reason for the repair. No work will be performed without your prior authorization.
- Tire and Service Network Providers personnel trained in accordance with MAP Standards of Service, who are qualified to perform an inspection based on MAP Uniform Inspection and Communication Standards.
- We will include a written warranty* at no extra cost.
