Dear Dave,

A while back you did an estimate on my truck.  You told me that the cost of the estimate would carry over until I got actual work done as long as I got work done there.  I have not forgotten and since then I have sent quite a few people to you.  Just wanted to say THANKS again.  It's refreshing to know there are still good people around.

The first time Galaxy worked on my car was in 2001 to repair my air conditioning.  At that time, they priced the repair at half of what the dealership estimated - it is still working without a flaw!

Since 2006, I have taken the car (a 1993) only to Galaxy Auto Repair at 5229 University Ave. NE and they have been exceptionally knowledgeable, efficient, fair-priced and friendly.  They greet their customers with a smile and they call me by my first name and even like to joke with me.  They make sure that I'm satisfied and a happy customer.  That's what I call taking public relations to the N'th degree. 

What is more important - they know what they are doing, and fix what is wrong.  I doubt I'd still be driving an 18-year-old car if it hadn't been for their expertise, know-how and prices that are affordable.

My daughter once said we're fortunate if we have a good doctor and a reliable auto mechanic - I have both!  I think my granddaughter discovered a reliable auto mechanic in Galaxy after having the "Check Engine" finally go off. 

Galaxy Auto & Tire Centers in Brooklyn Park came through for me in a pinch.  I was on my way to work and blew a hole in my tire.  As I slowly drove through an unfamiliar neighborhood, I was so happy to come across Paul Jensen at Galaxy!  Not only did Paul make me feel very comfortable they could handle the job in short order, he also provided an accurate price estimate.  The best part was that he offered to have someone give me a ride to work!  I am so grateful for the great customer service and friendly smile offered to me by the team at Galaxy!  I will definitely come back to Galaxy for service in the future."

Paul and all the guys at Galaxy are the most reliable customer service and auto repair personnel I have ever dealt with.  I have been bringing mine and my wife's vehicles to Galaxy in Brooklyn Park for over ten years.  They are the only repair shop I will let work on our vehicles.  No other shop or mechanic has done any repairs on our vehicles since I started bringing them to Galaxy.  I know when they work on my vehicle it will be done right, on time and at the best price available.  In this economy money is tight and when you need any car repairs it can be a little overwhelming.  Knowing the guys at Galaxy will be taking good care of me and my vehicles is the piece of mind I like to have whenever unexpected repair bills pop up.  I have always been treated with the utmost respect and professionalism by all the employees at Galaxy Auto & Tire Centers.  I will always bring all my vehicles to Galaxy for any repairs in the future.

• Professionalism – The Service Managers, Mechanics and other staff are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and down-right honest.
•  Excellence – Galaxy understands the importance of keeping you on the road.  My husband’s pick-up truck has over 100,000 miles, while in the shop they noticed a few more items that would need future attention.  Galaxy helped us prioritize and put together a course of action over the next few months.  Galaxy takes the time to work with you.  
• Reputable –  I brought my SUV in for its routine oil change and tire rotation.  During that visit Galaxy Auto Centers noticed that a previous repair had a very small leak .  Galaxy telephoned saying they would need to purchase the part and keep my vehicle till the next day.  My cost…the oil change.  Now that’s integrity.

I never have to worry about our vehicles because you are always there when we need you.  Because of your high level of service I know everything you do for us is done RIGHT.

I would like to thank all the guys up at Galaxy Auto for a job well done.  I brought my car in for a problem with my brakes.  Come to find out I was low on fluid and they found that my rear wheel cylinders were leaking.  They replaced the parts I needed and I was back on the road.  My brakes never felt better!

I had a light on my dash that was flashing at me.  It was the check engine light and my vehicles was running very rough.  Your service advisors and the technician were very helpful when they told me what was wrong with my car.  It needed a tune up and a fuel system cleaning.  My car has never run so well!

I have been a customer of Galaxy Auto for the past 19 years.  I just wanted to let Scott and Dave and their wonderful service staff know just how much my family appreciates the great work they have done on our vehicles.

They have always addressed our automobile problems with prompt and efficient service.  The caring ways they take my phone calls and explain the problems with my van is exceptional.  I have complete confidence in the work they have preformed and it is done in such a timely and cost efficient way. 

"GAL"axy Auto & Tire Centers should have the first three letters capitalized and bolded because their Brooklyn Park shop is GAL-friendly!  I have been taking my cars to GALaxy for years and I have NEVER felt like they were taking advantage of me, just because I am a GAL.  Paul and Gary always greet me and explain everything to me.  They always call and go over all the details.  I always ask, "and what would YOU do if this was your wife's car?"  They have always been truthful and dependable. 

Just recently I had a flat tire on a major freeway.  When I called Galaxy, they were quick to give me a tow contact number and later answered my questions when the tow truck brought my car and myself to the shop.  They explained that there would be no charge for the tire repair as it was still under warranty!  I wouldn't have kept track of that kind of information, but my friends at GALaxy are always there for me!
